Kay is a founding partner of Verbigena Farms, LLC in Loudoun County Virginia where the focus is organic and sustainable aquaculture using an indoor system that is environmentally neutral with near zero waste. He is Board Member and Executive Director for Strategy and Business Development in AfriMobile UK. Kay holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, a Diploma in Computing from Westminster College London, a Postgraduate Certificate in Information Systems Design from the University of Westminster London, and an Executive MBA from Cranfield University School of Management in the UK.
